“The Fall Edit”

The Fall Edit is a curated fall shopping experience hosted by Miss Elite Bakes.

We are accepting a limited number of curated vendors offering fashion, accessories, beauty, home, lifestyle products, food & more.

Food vendors are welcome. Dessert and treat vendors will not be considered at this time.

Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the application below to register.

Date: Saturday, September 12th, 2026
Event Time: 12:00-6:00PM
Setup Time: 10:00-11:30AM
Location: Elite Bakes Studio - 1517 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130

One 6-ft table & 2 chairs will be provided. Vendors are responsible for their own displays, tablecloths, racks, and decor.

Terms & Conditions.

By submitting this form you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The vendor fee of $150 is Non-Refundable.
You will arrive between 10:00 and 11:30AM for set up the day of the event.
You will adhere to event guidelines and schedule.
By arriving late to the event you forfeit your reserved table.
Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.
Elite Bakes LLC reserves the right to decline or remove vendors whose offerings don't align with the event vision.
Displays must remain within the assigned vendor space.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event.
Any damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment caused by a vendor or their guests may result in additional charges.
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and personal belongings.
Elite Bakes LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Promotion & Marketing Terms.

We’d love for all our vendors to help spread the word! As part of participating in The Fall Edit, we ask that you share with your audience that you’ll be vending at the event. A post or story on social media, an email blast, or even a shout-out on your website is perfect.

Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on social media.
By participating, vendors grant permission for Elite Bakes to capture and share event photos/videos for promotional purposes.
