Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. • All private cake decorating parties are hosted exclusively at Elite Bakes Studio. Final guest count must be submitted at least 7 days before the event and cannot be reduced after this date. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and paid for prior to the event. • Cancellations are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 7 days’ notice and is subject to studio availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made. • Events begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the event duration. • A minimum age of 8 years old is required to participate unless otherwise approved. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while inside the studio. • Cakes and decorating supplies are prepared in a kitchen that may contain dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and other common allergens. Hosts are responsible for informing guests of any allergies. Elite Bakes Studio is not liable for allergic reactions. • Normal studio cleanup is included. Excessive mess, misuse of equipment, or damage to studio property may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees. • Elite Bakes Studio reserves the right to photograph or record the event for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed must notify us prior to the event. • Elite Bakes Studio reserves the right to refuse or end service due to unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund. * Failure to attended without proper notice will be considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of all payments. • By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
